Right now, my eye goes straight to the car on the left, but it appears your intent was to focus on the elderly man and the people he's walking towards on the right. Just an idea/thought-- I would have framed this horizontally instead so that the elderly man on the left is on one of the focus points instead of the car. You then would have a really strong triangular composition falling into the rule of thirds with diagonal line coming down from the truck, pointing to the elderly man, with the horizontal white line and white line w/arrow below it pointing to the people to the right of him.

No idea -- I shot photos from every angle -- even behind. I looked underneath him, but could not find any trace of a suspension.

He also floated in front of the White House a few days later. Google "Ramana White House", and I think there are some video clips online.
