Greg, thanks for the info! I live in western MA, and we have a starbucks right down the road from my college. Im in need of a second part time jon, so I think Ill shoot down there and check to see if they are hiring. :)

Jessy, our pay scale varies per region, though the best thing about Starbucks is the the total pay package. We offer health benefits, 401k, stock options, etc for all employees—full or part-time. It's a great job to have and I guarantee you it is one of the most rewarding jobs you'll have.

I love Starbucks. I think their business model is fantastic and they know how to create (and keep) a following around their product, philanthropy, and philosophy. Most of my best friends are employees with Starbucks in various levels of the company, so I think Starbucks would be a great place to work.
