I grew up listening to UK Hardcore. My older sister started me off on Prodigy, Moby, NRG, etc. at the age of eight. I began making music at 14 and started DJing Drum and Bass at 15. By the time I was 16 I was going up and down the east coast and to parts of the midwest for gigs. I guess I've got some decent mixing skills or something...
I removed myself from "the scene" for a bit and just wrote random tunes (which you will most likely never hear). When I resurfaced I met Texel and embarked on a two year journey making music with Quadrant. With them I had some releases on Renegade Hardware, Citrus, and Tilt.
Now, at the age of 23, I'm solo again.
Sometimes I'm amazed that after all this time and drama I'm still making tunes. I've never been able to stop even when I think I just can't take it anymore. I always go back. It's in my blood. It possesses me and when I get on a roll with a tune I become completely obsessed.
Just keep that in mind when you listen to it.
