Seriously, can this area do anything more to discourage all-ages shows from happening? I love reading the comments on blog articles like this one. When all of the drama happened with Atlas last month, brilliant Seattle readers were seen brandishing comments on The Stranger's blog calling for beheadings or something like that of "stupid hipster kid faggots". It's almost as if people forget how frustrating it was to not be able to see your favorite local and touring bands because of something as ridiculous as your age. I'm saddened to think of the number of close friends I've watched turn their backs on the all-ages scene the second a bartender handed them their first legal drink at some bullshit watering hole. If I never hear the phrase, "This would be better if I could get a fucking drink in here", again, I will consider my life complete and fulfilled. Long live Camp Nowhere.

Apparently, inventing a hamburger with two all-beef patties and SIX STRIPS OF BACON has either bankrupted them or killed of all of their clientele off. There's only one other reason I bring this up. When I mentioned this to Rachel earlier, she paused for about 18 seconds and replied that maybe they could form a new fast-food restaurant called, "Webby's". See, what she did here was to combine the name Arby's and the name Wend...well, you get the idea. However, her idea to use a duck as the new spokesanimal was not met with as much enthusiasm on my behalf.
