DJs Ash and Thor host an afternoon show on the Internet radio station. Remedy FM is a part of an initiative to provide a positive influence on young adults. The station was launched in 2007.

If you can't beat them, join them.
That's the philosophy behind Remedy FM (remedy.fm), an on-line radio station in downtown Fort Wayne that caters to the Millennial generation.
Launched in October, the station is on the cutting edge of interactive media. Listeners can interact with the DJs through a live in-studio video, Instant Messaging and contests.
FW City Edge had the chance to sit in on a show with DJs Ash and Thor in the studio at 327 West Wayne Street. We got a peak as the on-air couple were enticing listeners with a chance to win a Nintendo Wii.
In between calls, Thor explained the concept behind "Positive Radio."
"We play any artist or band with positive lyrics or lifestyle," he said. On the playlist are songs by The Fray, U2, Coldplay, One Republic and other upbeat songs. Thor said that by calling referring to the format as "positive radio," the station hopes to quash the stigma surrounding Christian music.
Thor, who is a local 8th grade teacher, said the typical listener is a teenager or 20-something. One thing is certain-the average listener is an Internet junkie.
And the station is growing in popularity by leaps and bounds, mostly through viral marketing, Thor said. The DJ attributes a great deal of the growth in popularity to the "Street Team," a group of of listeners who forward mass e-mails to get the word out.
Thor said the station is proud to announce new summer programming. From 12-3 p.m. Thor will go live with "Bed Head." Following Thor, Fop and Ash will host the "All Request Show" from 3-6 p.m. Then from 6-10 p.m. Kendra will entertain with "The Lounge" show. The line-up will conclude with "Chronic," a show with a twist. Each night, the show will have a different host and genre, Thor said.
The station has three full-time employees(general manager, program director and public relations coordinator/office manager), 6 part-time DJs, as well as a slew of devoted volunteers.
General Manager Clint Faupel summed up the station's motto:
"We want to convey with music to kids that they have a life worth living," he said. "We're trying to create a a new way to reach a generation."
