questions. bits of light. some answers. some travels. even more questions. art as an instrument of healing. how. can i. when. how long. so many things to try. what does it take to move forward. how did they get that effect. i wrote a song like that once. sometimes i want that so bad i want to cry. i can't wait to go back. i wonder if i'll ever go there. will i make it that far. this one turned out beautifully. i'm always out of phylo blue. which school. this is so confusing. i love this song. one of my favorite reads. more questions than i ever thought i would ever ask. what ever happened to her. god i hope they make it ok. what's my part (a thankful heart). reformation. please let me change first. i'm out of gas (again). art therapy. finish your degree. then what. it's getting warmer outside. hands in the dirt. different oceans. o quick-where's my camera. i missed it. i really don't want to miss the next one. only time will tell. hold leaves up to the sun. don't miss summer.it's getting cold already.

I come from New Zealand :) and you are super-right about light on a beach..they are special places. I particularly like the ones that are really hard to get to and are empty of people. I see you like sigur ros too, I saw them play last year - so much joy and wonder! Lovin' your photo's btw. Hope you are having a great start to your week..peace x

Hi Elizabeth, thanks for the compliment! It did take a lot of planning as it was all done by hand and photocopier. I photocopied newspaper and magazine text and cut the lines of text apart so they could be arranged and glued onto another piece of paper. Once I had glued some areas of text closer together and some further apart I photocopied it all again and cut out each shape from the area of text that had the corresponding tone value for each part of the image. I would probably not have gone through all the trouble except that it was a design class assignment . :)
