Dissolver

Easy listening for the hard of hearing.

Dissolver explores odd time signatures, unusual structures and sonic experimentation. Songs are built up slowly with the intention of folding in disparate elements over time. Since there is no interest in adhering to any particular genre, all influences are fair game.

URI DALAL says:

SO looking forward to working together this wednesday. How ironic that after over 10 years of mental midget games, it's you and I that end up working together. Fucking awesome. Yo I dj'd this "hot spot" last night it was fucking AWFUL! I thought my tuesday gig was bad! All these wannabees trying SO HARD to look like they stepped out of an mtv show. Dude all they wanted was hip hop. pop. whatever you want to call it now lol. I call it fucking GARBAGE. I never thought I'd ever say this, but these kids today are MORONS. If mtv doesn't tell them what to listen to they can't tell if a track is good or not! If they don't know the track, they won't dance! Fucking MIND BOGGLING in this day where information is EVERYTHING and EVERYWHERE. I played Eric B. and Rakim and the dancefloor CLEARED like fucking moses and the red sea. Some girl immediately came over to the booth and said, "Can you play hip hop?" Wow. How sad.
