It's amazing! But last night I went for another bike ride listening to the new CocoRosie album :):) I just finished making a bowtie noodle pasta with tofu, peppers, zucchini, and mushroom blush sauce! Yummmm. I'm also going to make Ken a vegan birthday cake this Saturday :D
