Who ?
We started off as three guys who have been together in class for about 6 years, during that time we got bored. And decided to get interested in electronical music (quite obvious since our name is D'Elektro). Firstly we were all working seperately but that changed quite soon. Recent development are causing some problems, at the moment two crazy mofo's study at the university of Leuven and one of us is working. We're not quite sure how the future of D'Elektro looks like. We think that we're going to continue as a dj duo, normally that will work too. We've played some gigs in our local hometow, where we always got positive feedback. Nowadays I'm living in Leuven and trying to find some fellow dj's/partypeople. Next year I surely wanna pick up our dj stuff, let's hope people get interested in us. Normally in a week or two, we'll record a liveset (one on pc without cueing :( and one in a studio).
What ?
Well our main influences are: Boys Noize, Digitalism, Yuksek, Oxia, Erol Alkan, Justice, MSTRKRFT, Armand Van Helden, Monica Electronica, Ed Banger Stuff, Sebastian, Sébastien Légiér, Steve Angello, Tocadisco, Booka Shade, Stephan Bodzin, Tiga and so on
Belgian influences: Dr. Lektroluv, The Subs aka Starski&Tonic, FoxyLane, Ed&Kim, Dj 4t4, Hermanos Inglesos, Maxim Lany, The Glimmers, Goose and of course 2 Many Dj's aka Soulwax
Where ?
Like I said before at the moment we're only playing at Limburg & Leuven. But we aren't afraid to move on, so if you want a demo or something just let us know!
