Christian Michael likes to keep it simple. He writes what he likes, usually upon what he considers inspiration from God. He believes whole-heartedly in his creator and hopes the music he writes touches those who listen in one way or another. Above all, he hopes the music touches himself. Its the music of his own soul, so he says. It's who he is in the form of song and sound.

Many have described his music as somewhere between rock, country and blues. Christian just calls it "Homestyle," and plays simply. He enjoys playing guitar, drums, and once played bass clarinet and trumpet while in high school.

He considers his greatest influences somewhere between Third Day, CREED, Lifehouse and Hootie & the Blowfish. He likes the largely earthy feel of the voice, and often the epic feel of their songs. A big rock fan, he listens to Nirvana, Pearl Jam, R.E.M., Staind and more.

Christian isn't a cover artist, and epso facto doesn't care if he makes it big. He just hopes people enjoy music.
