I am a freelance photographer located in Denton, Texas just north of Dallas. I shoot primarily weddings and sports. I have also recently started to pursue adventure photography and portraiture.
I have a photojournalistic approach to my work. I thoroughly enjoy making good photos and always get ecstatic when I get that one great image. I love working with people and enjoy capturing special moments in people’s lives.
When I am not out taking pictures I am working full time as a graphic designer, rock climbing, spending time outdoors or reading in a coffee shop while hanging out with friends.

Things tend to be kind of slow right now as far as jobs go. They tend to pick up in about march; so I'd say start applying around mid-february. Have you tried compassion international? They might have some openings.
