Rock.It Boy Entertainment is proud to present THE DREAMING (featuring Christopher Hall of Stabbing Westward) with special guests BURNING BORDERS in concert on Saturday, June 14th at The Red Room, 398 Richards Street, in Vancouver.

Perhaps one of the most fan-anticipated debut albums in a long the time, THE DREAMING released Etched In Blood a couple of months ago. They deliver a passionate and truly unique mix of punk, metal and darkwave, capturing an aggressive and emotional rock 'n' roll eruption. Strong song writing, powerful performances and solid musicianship are all part of the package.

Featuring vocalist Christopher Hall, former front man of platinum-selling artist Stabbing Westward, THE DREAMING has been growing its legion underground, gaining strength and awaiting the perfect time to attack, issuing four limited-edition E/Ps only available to fans from their website or at live shows. Then they turned their attention to cyberspace where they debuted at number one on Downloadpunk.com for two months straight, consistently invaded Myspace's "Top 10 unsigned Metal/Punk/New Wave" charts and rocked the Hot Topic stage at the 2007 Vans Warped Tour. And the band's following continues to grow.

"Etched in Blood", produced by Kent Hertz (Godsmack, The Pink Spiders), is another step forward in the progression of a band that challenges itself relentlessly. Hall's vocals range from passionate whispers to heart-wrenching explosions as guitars shred catchy blends of ferocity and merciless passion to culminate an epic and melodic edge, pummelling the listener with unbridled aggression. BURNING BORDERS is a local five-piece that is quickly going international because of two the best reasons: they record one hell of an album and they back it up with incredible live performances. Their debut album is well-crafted and impeccably recorded and the song "Lose Control" has topped the Alternative Metal charts on Garageband.com. Simply put, this band sounds great.
