You know, maybe it's just the Christmas season that makes me feel this way.

Spending time with friends and family, giving gifts, getting gifts.
The opportunity to rock around the Christmas tree. That general warm
fuzzy feeling that just makes you want to hug people at inappropriate
times.

So this year I decided to do something a little different. I've
released an EP, gone on tour, and played some incredible shows. I
wouldn't have been able to accomplish these things without great
people supporting me. And I know that even if I released a concept
album set in an alternate universe or an album of 80's hair metal hits
(my cover of "Rock You Like a Hurricane"? Life-changing) you would
all still be my fans. Sure you would sigh over the direction I had
taken, maybe reminisce about back when I was just a classically
trained red-headed scamp. You would say things like "Remember those
shows she played back in 2007? Before the drugs and the alcohol and
that awkward obsession with squirrels?"

But I'm getting off topic. The point is that I am so very very
thankful for all of my fans and to show my gratitude I am making my EP
available online for free. Yes, that's right. No money at all.
