the first thing you worry about after saying "i love you" is whether you'll hear it back, then you begin to immediately wonder that the love you just found, you will lose. all the action becomes a reaction.....this fear based love reality dominates your experience of love.....not only do you see yourself recieving love which is conditional, you also watch yourself giving it the same way. and even while you withhold and retreat and set your conditions, a part of you knows that this is not what love really is. still you seem powerless to change the way you dispense it. youve learned the hard way, you tell yourself, and youll be damned if your going to leave yourself vulnerable again. yet the truth is, youll be damned if you dont.....by your own mistaken thoughts about love do you damn yourself never to experience it purely......every action taken by human beings is based in love or fear....fear is the energy which contracts, closes down, draws in, runs, hides, hoards, harms. love is the energy which expands, opens up,sends out, stays, reveals, shares, heals. fear wraps our body in clothing, love alowws us to stand naked. fear clings to and clutches all that we have, love gives all that we have away. fear holds close, love holds dear. fear grasps, love lets go. fear rankles, love soothes. fear attacks, love amends...every human thought, word or deed is based in one emotion or the other. you have no choice about this, because there is nothing else from which we choose. but you have free choice about which of these to select. ^for my best friends.....you know who you are, (wish those were my words, but there not. from a good book i read)

im ali, i dont have alot to say about myself, if you know me, you really know me, and if you dont, theres always time to learn....i love my friends, i love life......and more importantly i love tootsie....and music....and a lot of other things. if i loved you, you know it.....same if i disliked you. nothing but honesty

i love good conversations, pickles, hanging out with my best friends, pickles, black rasberry icecream, dining in, pickles, making x wing fighters out of leggos, saturday afternoons eating lox and bagels, picking boogers, putting boogers on other people, BEER, red white and blue ice pops, drinking tea in my underwear, singing my own made up versions of songs while no music is playing, fruit roll ups, chewy sweetarts, debating with someone even if i agree with there point of view, knecklaces with swords and butchers knives on them, my puppies coffin breath, painting(well starting paintings but never finishing them) i basicly like doing anything that means im going to have a good time....i swear one day im going to have some crazy adventure where i can live on my little remote island eating blueberry pancake

aqua teen hunger force, family guy, futurama, american dad, wonder showzen.. can you tell i dont like "real people" tv! and a lot of discovery, animal planet, tlc and history channel, im a big nerd, im down with some educational channels.....i like that show....real life stories of the er... daily show.....but my fucking favorite show is curb your enthusiasm!!!!larry david is fucking great....and i really really miss kung fu the legend continues

Movies

drop dead fred is probably my all time favorite movie! im the biggest dork but i dont even care.....im just a big little kid what can i tell you.....i fucking love that movie.....i even had a pet duck that my moms boyfriend stole for me down the lakes an, old school, donnie darko, being john malkovich, shop girl, the dark crystal, the adventures of baron munchouser....if thats how you spell that..eternal sunshine for the spotless mind, akira, amelie, resoiver dogs, finding nemo, garden state, borat, royal tennanbaums, fear and loathing in las vegas, a clockwork orange, big trouble in little china, momento, the life aquatic with steve zissou, spanglish, city of god, and i also like zombie flicks and old kung fu movies.......if you havent seen the movie "the secret" watch it...especially if you have a passion for personal development....it will change your life

Books

its quite hard for me to get through a book front to back.....i have absolutely no attention span...very add....but ive read a lot of halfs of books....its gotta be really good for me to get through the whole thing.....i am a big fan of self help books..
