Hi, I'm Alexis.
I'm a social butterfly, a night owl, a curious cat, and yet I am in this human body. I am happy, I am free. I am inspired, I am me. I am a girl, I am a daughter.
I am a sister, I am a friend. I am enlighted and from beginning to end; I am thankful and I am searching, I am dreaming and I am learning, I enjoy life and feel a purpose, for all that is and was and will be for all that I can and cannot see I feel a reason for everything. I believe life is essentially supposed to be bittersweet. I have learned to appreciate both aspects. I adore simple things. My favorites are coffee, conversations, and friends. I love that life can make you laugh and cry simultaneously. I love music, films, good food, and good company. I love photography and I'll take your picture if we ever meet. I dig the internet. I love the connect that social networking can give to strangers. I have come to the conclusion that all a person really needs is some contact with the rest of the world, even if it is just a website. I tend to be very sarcastic and nostalgic and interested at least partly, in everything around me. I am so purely idealistic it is intriguing. I write for myself but I have dreams that someone else is just as interested in the things I say as I am in the things they say.
I feel stronger than I have ever felt before and I am the happiest I have ever been. My life at this very moment is exactly where I want it too be. I feel inspired by everything around me and I just want to soak it up. I believe everyone has something individual and magnificent to share with the world. May you and I both find ours before our time runs out.
